You may also come without an appointment; there may be a wait depending on how busy we are.
We answer the phone in Turkish. If you write to us in English on WhatsApp, we will reply in writing.
First, check for emergency signs.
If you have any of the following, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department — do not wait for a message reply:
- Difficulty breathing or swallowing
- Swelling spreading towards the eye, neck or chest
- Swelling with a high fever, shivering
- Altered consciousness or fainting
- Suspected jaw fracture, or loss of consciousness after a head injury
- Bleeding that does not stop despite repeated pressure or that rapidly fills your mouth
